Summit Digital Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the PPC Manager in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI for our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for delivering results-driven digital marketing strategies. This person must be teachable, competent, self-motivated, trustworthy, honest, able to listen to instructions, have a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Main Responsibilities Include: 

  • Keyword, Audience, and Competitive Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant keywords, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform PPC campaign strategies and optimize ad performance.
  • Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Tailor messaging to align with campaign objectives and optimize ad performance.
  • Assist PPC Manager with PPC Management and Optimization: Collaborate with the PPC Manager to execute strategic PPC initiatives, including campaign setup, budget allocation, and bid management. Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve ROI.
  • PPC Admin and Execution: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to PPC campaigns, including ad scheduling, budget tracking, and ad group management. Ensure accurate implementation of campaign settings and parameters.
  • Social Ads Management and Monitoring: Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Optimize targeting and creative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyzing PPC Data and Reports: Analyze PPC campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports to track key KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Skills Needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proven experience in paid search advertising, with a strong understanding of PPC best practices and platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.).
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and articulate campaign performance insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Experience with PPC campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor) is a plus.
  • Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar a plus.
  • Ability to be organized, with a keen attention to detail.
