Summit Digital Marketing is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior SEO Strategist to lead our SEO team and drive organic search growth for our diverse portfolio of clients. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative SEO strategies, managing the day-to-day SEO operations, and ensuring that all campaigns align with client goals. You will also play a key role in building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for SEO, strong analytical skills, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Summit Digital Marketing is a fully remote digital marketing agency based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, specializing in SEO and PPC services. We serve clients in 50+ industries across North America, Europe, and Asia. As we expand our team, we need a dedicated SEO Manager to help drive organic search growth and deliver measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Comprehensive Vision: Develop long-term operational strategies that align marketing workflows with Summit's overall goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze client needs and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth, ensuring positive ROI for our clients.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with leadership to set marketing priorities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and create actionable plans to meet business objectives.
Operational Management
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Marketing Tools Optimization: Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, project management software, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana).
- Process Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and streamline workflows across departments to reduce redundancies, enhance productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
- Meeting Leadership: Actively participate in weekly internal meetings, client onboarding meetings and meeting week sessions to ensure alignment and strategic direction.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs across various marketing channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to guide strategy, optimize resource allocation, and improve campaign performance.
- Actionable Insights: Provide regular reports to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Team Leadership
- Inspiring Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a remote team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Team Development: Offer coaching, professional development, and growth opportunities to enhance team performance and individual capabilities.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the team has access to the tools, training, and support necessary to deliver high-quality results consistently.
Quality Assurance
- Excellence in Deliverables: Establish and uphold strict quality standards for all marketing materials, reports, and campaigns.
- Process Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, workflows, and overall output.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Operational Efficiency: Improve project completion times and streamline workflows, ensuring faster and more efficient delivery of services.
- Data Utilization: Increase the integration of data insights into decision-making and campaign optimization processes.
- Team Performance: Drive team engagement, productivity, and professional growth, maintaining a high-performance culture.
- Quality Standards: Consistently meet or exceed client satisfaction benchmarks and internal quality reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
- Marketing Technologies Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing tools, process management, and data analysis. Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and inspiring remote teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with clients.
