Director of Operations
Bailey was our first-ever full-time hire and has been with Summit since 2017. She started as a digital marketing intern and is now our Director of Operations. She graduated from Asbury University where she played college basketball and earned a degree in Marketing, with a Spanish minor. She’s most passionate about the Kentucky Wildcats in any sport but also loves going to sporting events or concerts, interior design, betting on horses at Keeneland Racetrack in October, and being a mom (dog and human).
